Family Dentistry

University Family Dental focuses on General/Family Dentistry and is pleased to evaluate and treat both children and adults of all ages.  We are well diversified in our dental knowledge and provide a “green”, environmentally-conscious dental setting.  The team approach emphasized at our office helps ensure a comprehensive, informative, and comfortable relationship with our patients. We deliver dentistry that is both cosmetically and functionally sound while following strong foundations in research-supported techniques. Our goal is to provide a uniquely positive dental experience, excel in the care of our patients, and exceed your dental expectations. 

We are Green! Environmentally Conscious Steps:

• We no longer place mercury-silver fillings due to possible future water contamination.
• We voluntarily trap mercury filling debris for safe disposal.
• We recycle daily: shredded paper, newspaper, and plastic.
• We are a “paperless” office utilizing electronic dental records to reduce waste.
• We use digital type X-ray technology to reduce radiation exposure significantly.
• We refuse to use dental products in house that may have harmful effects like gluteraldehyde, methyl methacrylate, and film developer/fixer.
