Any project created by Digital Solutions is copyrighted to both Digital Solutions and the respective business. The code, graphics, and content cannot be reproduced in any way, shape, or form without prior written permission. This content includes, but is not limited to, web source code, graphical elements of the website, processes, layout of the site, style sheets, custom MLIS searches (photos are property of the local MLIS), administration panel programming, and flash elements. Digital Solutions reserves to right to use part of the source code used for your project in other websites created by Digital Solutions and also for demonstration/marketing purposes.

Materials provided by the client such as company logos, text for the site, website concept if a new startup, and other pertinent content for the site is copyrighted to the client and is attributed at the bottom of the website.

The materials created for each website are for use only on the website as described in your contractual agreement with Digital Solutions. All working files, graphical elements of the site, photography, and programming are copyrighted to Digital Solutions and may not be used without permission. If you wish to use graphical elements of your website for additional products such as, but not limited to, postcards, display advertisements, billboards, other websites, e-mail ads, television commercials, or multi-media display, prior permission is required. Failure to obtain proper licensing of these materials is a violation of copyright law and will result in prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. Digital Solutions will not release any of its code for use in other projects without permission.

Any attempts to copy source code, copy graphical elements for additional use, or re-selling of any of Digital Solutions' marketing materials is strictly prohibited. You may not reverse engineer, dissect, or copy any of the concepts, functionality, or programming of Digital Solutions' websites. All materials mentioned herein are copyrighted by Digital Solutions. All rights reserved.

Certain functions of your website are wholly owned by Digital Solutions and are being leased to you for your monthly fee. These items include, but are not limited to, process forms, contact forms, search functions, dynamic pages, administration panels, and upload functions. The database code is also leased to the client. Digital Solutions will release the database data in Microsoft Excel format if requested by the client. Hourly fees apply to time required to create this files.

All third-party software and images are the property of their respective owners. Digital Solutions makes no claims to copyrights on these products including fonts and stock photography. If there is stock photography used in your site, you can not use these images in other products or on a site hosted/maintained by another party. These photos are copyrighted to their respective owners and prior permission is needed to use these items in additional projects.
