Digital Solutions will not release any of its code for use in other projects.

Any attempts to copy source code, copy graphical elements for additional use, or re-selling of any of Digital Solutions' marketing materials is strictly prohibited! Those sites that utilize a database must be hosted on a Digital Solutions' server. Certain functions of your website are wholly owned by Digital Solutions and are being leased to you for a monthly fee. The database code is also leased to the client. Digital Solutions will release the data in Microsoft Excel format if requested by the client.
